Ballinduin Bothy is a charming steading conversion, situated on a rural hillside on a working estate midway between the delightful Perthshire towns of Pitlochry and Aberfeldy. It is about one mile from the picturesque villages of Strathtay and Grandtully which straddle the river Tay.

You will be ideally situated to explore Highland Perthshire, visit the many local attractions and take part in a host of varied activities. These include water sports on the river Tay and loch Tay, walking at any degree of difficulty from a stroll along the Tay to scaling the heights of Ben Lawers, cycling on the many local tracks and route 7 or playing a round of golf at the 9 hole course in Strathtay.

The Birks cinema in Aberfeldy and the Festival theatre in Pitlochry are close enough to take in a show in the evenings and there are numerous restaurants, shops and pubs in these towns. In Strathtay itself, there is a small grocer/post office and in Grandtully a pub/restaurant and famous prize winning chocolatier.
